Information Technology (IT) Infrastructure and Network Support

We assist Government agencies and mid-size non-IT oriented organizations who need better integration and management of their IT environment in furtherance of their non-IT missions.

Successful management of a significant IT environment requires appropriate onsite staff for user support with close contact to user requirements. We will provide expert support to your existing onsite staff to fill holes in required knowledge or experience, or we can provide our own expert staff to provide onsite support as needed. Our strengths are in selecting appropriate technical staff for onsite support and providing direct access to and close coordination with senior technical staff focused on current technology and products.

Senior staff back up the onsite staff with superior troubleshooting skills, provide advice on future directions, and help with transitions during implementation of new products and technologies.

Internet Publishing of Data, Manuals and Documents - Web-site Design, Graphic Design

We assist Government program offices needing to develop and publish data on the web for public dissemination or intranet access. We also work with mid-size companies needing web sites for display of product lines or to implement e-commerce applications.

Development and maintenance of a successful corporate web-site requires many complementary skills applied by a variety of staff. This in turn requires coordination and management. We can either dedicate our staff to become part of your team onsite or provide part-time resources from our home office. We provide strong coordination and management for all of our project staff.

Skill sets include familiarity with web development products, tools and techniques, use of scanners, data conversion tools to produce PDF, HTML; graphic design; understanding of the particular IT environment and software in use at a client site, as well as a full capability to provide Internet Services as needed. Also necessary for maintenance of a successful web-site is a knack for eliciting user requirements and translating them to technical staff for implementation. If your organization needs to get information or applications out on the web, you are probably more interested in seeing that the content is communicated successfully to your audience than in maintaining your own expertise in the technology required to implement this.
