About the Contract
CONTRACT #: GS-35F-0939N
GSA seeks competition, determines price reasonableness, and considers small business set-aside requirements when it solicits and awards FSS Schedule contracts. Recent value-added improvements include:
- Customers no longer need to synopsize IT requirements that are over $50,000.
- Item selection is based on "Best Value" not lowest price.
- Justifications/documentation requirements are no longer required by GSA.
- Customers can use the schedule for any size order. Maximum Order Limitations have been removed.
- Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) are strongly encouraged.
