We have answers.
How does bladder leak underwear work?

Thinx for All Leaks are machine-washable, reusable underwear designed to replace single-use disposables.

They come in discreet designs that look and feel like regular underwear. Just wear, wash, and reuse them again and again. They absorb leaks, control odors, and wick away moisture — so you can stay fresh and dry no matter what.

How much fluid does bladder leak underwear absorb?

Our leak-absorbing underwear holds up to 100 mL (holds up to 6
tablespoons, 16.5 pantyliners, or 5.5 regular pads worth) for protection from light bladder leaks.

Where do the leaks go?

Our leak-absorbing underwear features our signature, innovative built-in absorbent technology within the gusset of the underwear — a moisture-wicking top layer, an ultra-absorbent core layer, and a moisture-impermeable layer that leaves you feeling fresh and dry.

What part of the underwear absorbs leaks?

The built-in lining features 4 absorbent layers within the center panel of the underwear.

It sits under the front of the vulva with leak protection that extends throughout the back of the underwear.

Will I feel wet?

Nope! Our ultra-thin built-in technology ensures leak absorbency without bulkiness. It features a moisture-wicking barrier to help prevent wetness so you stay fresh and dry.

If your underwear starts to feel bulky or wet, or if they notice your flow spreading to the seams, these are signs that it's time for a fresh pair!

Will they support a full bladder release?

Our leak-absorbing underwear holds up to 100 mL for light protection from bladder leaks. We don't recommend using our product to support a full bladder release.
