Our Community Guidelines
Here at Thinx Inc., we strive to use our blog, The Periodical—as well as our other social media channels—to create a safe and supportive environment, where information can be freely shared and robust conversation can take place.
Our intent is to use this space to talk candidly about all things periods, be a source of education and inspiration for our community, listen to your experiences, and answer your questions.
While we’re always excited to hear from our community, it’s important to note that comments posted on our channels are not reflective of the opinions of Thinx Inc. The comments and responses that you read on our channels are not posted by us, and come from members of the public not associated with Thinx. We work hard to moderate and respond quickly to comments and feedback. (Generally, we check in several times a day during business hours and sporadically on weekends.)
Our priority is always to create a safe space for you and so we’ll do our best to ensure the posts on our pages are in line with the Thinx mission. However, due to the volume of conversations pertaining to Thinx, we cannot monitor every single post or conversation, and we encourage our community to respect the following Community Guidelines:
protect your privacy & the privacy of others
Your posts and comments on any of our social channels will be open to the public. Do not share or post any personal or sensitive information that you would not want to make public or generally available about yourself or others. Even if you delete a post, it may have already been viewed or screenshotted by others, and may still be available through search engines.
stay on topic
Your comments should be reflective of the topic of the content at hand. We reserve the right to delete off-topic comments or posts containing false information, unsolicited advertising, spam, hyperlinks, or content protected by copyright, trademark, or other rights and may ban users accordingly.
